Today's highlight was the concert performance in UCC theatre. I guess today is the only time where I enjoyed playing in NUS band. One big reason is the practice auditorium sux. Super echoy and makes me sick. Second reason is that I've brought the eupho from Westwinds there, "The Ultimate Babe" I called it today. Only she can understand me the best. No joke when it comes to performance. For the Miraphone "Babe", she is just too playful and always play naughty.

The performance was great except that I was so tired and I only switched on half my mind to work. When it comes to my eyes, I simply don't have enough energy to focus them on the scores. So I was like half looking and half not looking. Don't know how to explain that, but its just that I was quite floaty when I played the pieces. But for some parts, the difficulty was there and brought me off guarded. Some mispitches and coming in at the wrong places. Laughed at myself for making those stupid mistakes. Well, more things to learn for me.

There were two narrators for two seperate pieces. Their voices was so great for story telling. The concert was for children and so they narrator two pieces, namely Jurassic Suite and Peter and the Wolf. Amazing narration.

Now my "Babe" is in my house heee. I wonder if i would have a chance to play for my friends to hear. Hee. Will sound quite loud in a small room though. I need a hall haa.

I saw so many friends during the concert haaa, thought someone would appear from nowhere. Its good to see old friends.

So now, its more concentration on work. Hmm I still have one more performance for westwinds in NOv, just before exam. In Esplanade... should be fun, but exam stress leh. And I got a long Edelwise Solo. Why must stress me like that ? haa
